Chet Phillips presents his slightly off center view of the world through his digital illustration. Receiving a BFA in Painting and Drawing in 1979, he ventured into the world of commercial illustration. His traditional tools were replaced by a computer in the early 90's and the natural media software Painter(TM) became his primary tool for creating digital woodcuts and scratch board. He creates for advertising, design, publishing, editorial and corporate clients. And as usual, no electrons are harmed in the process.
