This tribute to the witch's under-appreciated henchman from The Wizard of Oz takes a different slant. Perhaps with a little more understanding and a good finishing school the world of Oz could be a different place.

Created using Corel's Painter, line work layer was created with the scratch board tool. Stained glass area was given a slight surface effect with a rippled texture. A second layer was added with transparency to give the window opening a subtle top to bottom gradation in lighting.
